1. Services

Velvet Images provides premium cinematic photo enhancement services for real estate agents, restaurants, and hospitality businesses. Our services include cinematic color grading, twilight conversion, sky replacement, virtual staging, and related image enhancement work (“Services”).

2. Free Sample Offer

We offer a complimentary enhancement of up to 3 photos for new clients. This free sample is limited to one per person or business. It is provided as-is to demonstrate our capabilities and does not constitute a binding service agreement.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in a retainer agreement. All prices are in USD. Retainer agreements require a 3-month minimum commitment as specified in the applicable plan.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on volume and complexity. We make every reasonable effort to meet stated delivery windows. Rush delivery is available as an add-on service.

5. Image Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos you submit. Enhanced images delivered to you are licensed for your unrestricted use. We do not claim ownership of your original or enhanced images. With your permission, we may use before/after examples in our portfolio.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

All packages include revision rounds as specified. If you are not satisfied with the delivered enhancements after revisions, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every order.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit images that contain illegal content, violate third-party rights, or misrepresent properties in a manner that constitutes fraud. Enhanced images should be used in compliance with applicable real estate advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velvet Images provides enhancement services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
