3. Third-Party Services

- Vercel: Hosting and anonymous web analytics.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery for form submissions.
- Google Gemini: Concierge chat processing (messages are not stored).
4. Your Photos
Photos you submit are used solely for the purpose of delivering your enhancement order. We do not use your photos for marketing, training purposes, or any other purpose without your explicit written consent. You retain full ownership of all submitted images.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for business communication purposes. Photos submitted for enhancement are retained for 30 days after delivery to accommodate revision requests, then permanently deleted.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage for site functionality (e.g., remembering if you dismissed a popup). Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated data without personally identifying cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
